#13 – the layered circle

In order to balance some of yesterday’s excitement, I made something very, very simple:

And I really like it. Just raw edge circles, in three sizes, layered on top of each other with a vintage button in the centre. Simple running stitch around the edges, and there it was, finished. The largest circle measures about 3.5″ in diameter; the background is paint-dyed aida.
