A great reminder about being calm with the work/art. Today I am nervous about ‘ruining’ some new pieces of fabric I recently received. Any ideas?

It’s the little details that bring a piece to life, isn’t it!

It’s so lovely to see the details, they give a tantalizing glimpse of how the complete piece may look – anticipation for us! Do you do some of the embroidered stitches after the quilting?

    • Karen Turner says:

The embroidering and quilting are done side by side, Kathy – so a bit of quilting, a bit of embroidery, a bit more quilting etc; whatever that part of the quilt needs.
